Kara Becker, with fourteen years experience in the computer/engineering field, is a full time Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Whitbeck Associates.

Originally from Poughkeepsie, NY Kara worked for IBM in Poughkeepsie and Essex Junction, VT as a contractor.  Kara specialized in semiconductor layout design for Industrial Engineering.  During that time she became very proficient in many areas, including design, organizational and computer skills as well as team work, all skills applicable to the business of real estate sales. 

Together with her husband, Kent, and their twin daughters, Kara is a homeowner on Lake Champlain where they enjoy beautiful views and boating activities.  Before Kara and her husband had children they enjoyed traveling and have been to many places including Spain, Italy, Brazil, Greece and Japan.

Kara has a special interest in lakefront property, condo sales, and new construction.  Kara and her husband have first hand experience and were intricately involved in the construction process.  She offers buyers and sellers her personal knowledge and experience of the relocation and home building processes.  Kara is dedicated to providing quality service, forming a solid relationship with her clients, and keeping them informed throughout the entire process.  Kara is excited to be part of the Coldwell Banker Whitbeck Team and looks forward to assisting the people of Clinton County in all their real estate needs.
