Debbie Hutchins, with over fifteen years experience in both residential
and commercial construction administration, is a full time Sales
Associate at Coldwell Banker Whitbeck Associates.

Debbie is a North Country native and has lived in the Malone area most
of her life. She also maintains her real estate license in the state of
Florida where she and her husband, Jon, have personal property investment
experience.

Together with her husband, Jon, Debbie is a waterfront property owner in
Lake Titus and enjoys many outdoor activities such as boating on the
many Adirondack Lakes and is an avid runner. She and her husband have two
daughters both in college at Plattsburgh.

Debbie's main focus in real estate includes waterfront/vacation
properties and also new home construction. She has received her Residential
Construction/New Home Specialist and Home Marketing Specialist
certifications through Coldwell Banker in Orlando, FL. With her numerous
years experience in construction, she offers valuable knowledge to her
clients interested in new home construction.
